The Wallssager can also be used without the help of a wall or floor. You can take the stripes off, sit on the floor against a wall, place the Wallssager on top of your tight muscle, push down on the device and place as much pressure on the muscle with the Wallssager as you can tolerate. Roll the Wallssager along your thigh from your hip to just above your knee. If you find painful spot, stay on it and wait until pain dissipates.
You may use the Wallssager on the side of you tight calf or hamstring in the same way.
When you work you calf, you can roll the Wallssager along the back of you lower leg from just below the knee to the top of the heel.
When you work your hamstring, you can roll the Wallssager along the length of one of your hamstrings from the back of your knee to your glute.
